Tasks
- Partner with our revenue teams to help align, implement and improve a cohesive revenue strategy
- Manage our Salesforce CRM, covering the process throughout all revenue departments (Marketing, Sales, Partner Sales, Account Management)
- Be at the core of ensuring that our strategy and processes are reflected in our CRM (and aligned with additional tools) and stay streamlined
- Analyze our CRM data and processes to drive efficiency and trigger improvements for our revenue teams – act as sparring partner to them
- Provide dashboards and reports to ensure CRM hygiene and smooth operations, with no lead or customer being left behind
- Bridge the gap between sales process understanding and technology
- Be our Salesforce geek – always finding ways to ensure data quality and availability while keeping the process slim and easy to handle for our teams
